Legend Of Korra Book 1: Air

Season 1 of Korra is coming to BD & DVD on 7/16/13!!

blast form the past: Gaga Communications...

If you have never seen the Gaga Communications trailer compilation from the 80's, it is quite a retro throwback to the golden age of anime!  This was a sales pitch for the US to get interested in bringing anime movies & OVAs overseas, featuring many fan favorites that got picked up by Central Park Media (Project A-ko, Crystal Triangle, Roots Search etc.) or Animeigo (Bubblegum Crisis, Madox-01) and some were never picked up for the international market at all (like Scoopers)! Most have alternate name titles (Thunder Warrior aka MD Giest, Metallia aka Humanoid) to sell the series, but that's part of the fun... see some examples below...

Supernova (aka Project A-ko)

Futurescape (aka Bubblegum Crisis)

Scoopers

Captain Harlock CG Movie

..Coming fall 2013!!

Max Steel trailer...

New Max Steel animation coming from Mattel in 2013...

Shanghai Bat-Man

If you have not seen the action-packed "DC Nation" short "Shanghai Batman" done by Chinese animation studio "Wolf Smoke" you should, it's amazing, watch the whole thing below...  ;-)
